Resolution Center

Has it disappeared for anyone else?

I opened an INR claim 3 days ago, and there's no link to the Resolution Center on my Summary or Purchase History page any more.
I have to go to the item page to find the link to the case.

Well, I'm finding an even bigger problem. Auctions I won are not showing up in my purchase history. I got a message from a breaker who I have won from repeatedly asking what was up because it was a small amount and I hadn't paid for a couple days, and I got 2 messages that unpaid item cases were closed against me on auctions that I never got any message that I won, no message of an unpaid item case being opened, and no auction presence in my purchase history.
I'm calling ebay now.

Well, that was special.
I got an ebay "customer service" rep who very obviously did not speak English well (in the Philippines, based on the accent), tried telling me it's my fault I don't have a Resolution Center link on my Purchase History page, and disconnected me when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

Everything seems to be fixed now, after several calls to customer service.
Based upon the before and after lists, it seems all 8 auctions I won between 9 pm and midnight (Pacific) for a week had not been showing up in my unpaid items or unpaid invoices, and almost 50 new messages showed up at once in my eBay messages, though they still haven't shown up in my eBay email.
I never got an explanation why - "you must have accidentally changed something in your preferences" doesn't suffice.
The two strikes were supposed to be removed as well, though I don't know yet if they were.
