I didn't like this at all until Rapport said its a 2nd or 3rd round pick.

Sheldon was walking after this year anyway, so it had to at least be a 3rd because of a possible comp pick.

Im just ignoring the Kearse part of the deal.

I loved Richardson, but his off field behavior was questionable and hes up for an 8 game suspension i f he gets another substance abuse violation.

If its a 2nd or 3rd, worth a shot for the jets. Richardson was in his final deal and when all 3 richardson wilkerson and williams were on the line at the same time it didnt mesh. Williams is the long term there - Wilk is in a make it or break it type with no guaranteed moeny after this year. Kearse is just a throw in at this point

Kearse made some huge clutch catches. NFC championship game vs. 49ers, Playoffs vs. panthers, crazy TD pass in the Super Bowl vs. Denver, and even a huge catch before the infamous interception in the Super Bowl vs. the Patriots. He definitely did more than I expected him too. Sheldon Richardson will be huge! Go Hawks!

Good trade for both teams. Richardson will have a terrific season if he avoids off the field trouble and distractions.
