Default How to tell if a card is fake?

Been wanting a 1955 Clemente for a long long time ...been looking at some raw copies and was wondering if there is a good way to tell if it's a fake or not..some sellers say they aren't sure so they sell as a reprint and some will sell as original and will grade out soo just wondering if anyone had any input thanks

Two sad rules of thumb:
1. If a seller says “unsure, so I’m listing as a reprint,” it’s undoubtedly fake.
2. If a deal seems too good to be true, it typically is.

I suggest, if you’re ever in doubt, only spend as much money as you wouldn’t have a problem losing.

I think you answered your own question. Who wouldn’t have a high end card like this graded if they are going to sell?

Yes I'm staying away from the reprint sellers 100%

Some sellers have 10k++ (100%) feedback and selling raw vintage I feel confindent

Kinda what I'm thinking as well but some sellers have high feedback
