I am surprised that all and I am not even going to say most but all of the woman are eye candy. I would like to know how they get away with it, I mean I am sure not everybody that applies there is pretty.

Sorry no scans TBP, and yes mnvikings I would agree that the predominantly male audience would rather see an attractive woman, but I can also see where they could also risk being sued by someone that is unattractive but much more knowledgeable for the job. I wouldn't watch the view and it has nothing to do with their ugliness but more for their stupidity.

The job description is probably just as much looks as it is knowledge, most of them just reading from a teleprompter anyways unless they actually are doing live color/pbp

This is exactly what I was going to say as I was reading the thread. Half the stuff those girls say is written for them. Their job description involves keeping men from clicking away from the MLB Network.

You obviously have to be well spoken with a charismatic personality and a working knowledge of baseball, but once that talent pool is established, the eye candy is going to get the jobs.

It's what I don't get with the cheerleaders complaining about their pay and job conditions. There's plenty more girls with generic personality, fake tits, and heavy makeup that get turned down for the same job so they can be easily replaced
