Default BGS wont grade this card… any reason why?

It was marked that they don’t grade it (not that it was of questionable authenticity, etc). But I’m confused as to why. I’ve seen tons of 2011 Fleer retro cards graded by BGS online. Anyone have an idea why they won’t grade this particular set/card?

Did BGS say they won't grade it, or did they say it requires BAS authentication for the autograph before they will grade it? Some autograph cards require the autograph to be authenticated, I'm not sure if this set is one of them that requires it or not.

I believe that seal of authenticity stamp was sold during the fleer bankruptcy and it made counterfeiting the original autographics set much easier. I guess the grading companies didn’t want to risk grading them. They probably extended that “no grading” policy to the newer autographics set.

This is the problem the TPGs face with the quick scale from the boom in 2021. The knowledge transfer isn't happening the way it should, and the growth in head count of graders isn't supported with documentation for processes.
Bottom line, this is an Upper Deck issued card, with their proprietary holograms on both the sticker and reverse of the card, along with a text, not stamp based COA. This is inexcusable.

Please show everyone the back, that will clarify what the problem is, and the ignorance of BGS in this case.

I remember a recent thread where they weren't willing to grade a card from this set because the back mentioned nothing about the card being autographed so they couldn't tell if it was a sticker applied after the fact or not.
