That won't be happening on epack.

Get those $650-800 physical boxes while you can.

Insane. Imagine being on the other side of the coin and getting zero hits in a box.

If that happens to anyone, which probably will be a few. Save the box which usually has unique ID on inside + receipt/proof of purchase. Contact UD.

On the flipside, I've seen way more boxes and cases with missing hits. That also won't be happening on epack.

Good for him. With what boxes cost these days, it's great to see someone get their money's worth.

Good to know. I think people will have a hard time keeping these boxes sealed if there's a chance of hitting multiple PMGs.

This is why I didn't get any serial numbered in 1 of boxes. Unbelievable...

How do we find out if we got hosed on hits if the cards are "randomly inserted" and not guaranteed?? Here are my 3 boxes and I don't know if I got hosed or not:

Box 1:
4 Grandiose
6 Gold
No Palladium

Box 2:
2 Grandiose
3 Gold
1 Palladium
1 comic cut #/40
1 Pink #/75

Box 3:
3 Grandiose
6 Gold

I feel like stuffs missing here...

Hopefully you got in early at a low preorder price and/or your 4th, 5th, etc boxes have amazing hits because it looks like UD screwed you with these.

EDIT: box 2 looks normal tho.

Yea I see the same as you guys do. Box 2 looks normal. 1 palladium per 12 packs you figure it should be one per box. Seeing the breaks where people are pulling multiple #/s out of a single box makes me very happy for them but upset with Upper Deck. This got delayed how many times? PLENTY of time to do proper QC on the product before release.

I've read rumors that you can actually reach out to Upper Deck if you have evidence you are missing hits out of boxes. Is there any truth to this?

The collation seems off in this set for sure.

Is there any language for guaranteed number of hits though? Like a numbered parallel per box written on the box somewhere? Because usually there is language of it being an average and not a guaranteed amount per box. I’d have to look at the box.

Also I imagine it would have to be filmed. What would stop someone from just claiming they didn’t receive X, how could UD know?

Nothing at all on the box about guaranteed hits, I've got a few empties sitting next to me. Yea I'd imagine it would have to be filmed or something of that nature. Luckily I filmed mine because my business partner wanted to see it.

Any chance UD has random hot boxes secretly packed out?

My experience with UD has so far been positive. I emailed and gave them my box breakdown on 3 boxes. Told them I had a stream of the opening as well as boxes and packs. They acknowledged that 2 of my boxes were missing a numbered hit and a palladium and asked for pictures of the bar codes on the boxes. From there they say 12-16 weeks on replacements. With that being said I have no idea what replacements are, but am pretty happy with their customer service thus far.
