Default Shipping jumbo (6 x 9) cards?

Anyone have a good method for shipping jumbo boxtopper-type cards? I've got a couple from threads 16/17 (Kobe, Brook Lopez) I may decide to unload, but have no clue the best way to ship them.

I don't have sleeves/toploaders for them, and don't really want to buy a large pack of them for two sets.

Thoughts? Cardboard?

Not my card, but it's this set for reference if anyone's familiar w/ it.

I would say wrap the entire card in a paper towel. Then layer on a piece of cardboard above and below and tape it and that should be good

You can get single toploaders and sleeves at shows or on eBay, for a Kobe card it's worth it to pay the premium.

Probably would need to buy them that way at a show, because I don't want to spend $20+ on a single toploader that doesn't fit the pt. size of the card.

Personally, I'd use Comic Book Bag and Multiple Cut-to-Fit Boards - if you got a shop near you, you should be able to get single "sets" of these for $0.50 or less

That's a good idea - thanks!

Do you have any 1 pocket pages? Cut down to size, then cardboard sandwich it and put in rigid mailer.
