If so, did you ever get a response to the claim ticket?
I sent them an rj barrett donruss optic card i had gotten that had a indentation on it, but if you touch the card it felt smooth. So it was clearly a printing error. I opened a ticket and it's in the system as of 9/14/20. I know it's a long shot they'll do anything but just wondering if anyone has experience with this? They've already screwed me over with a Ken Griffy Jr auto 1/5 redemption card i got so my expectations are low, real low. Last edited by Randallk34; 05-21-2021 at 11:30 AM. |

I sent in a base Zion Mosaic with a printing error. They received it on Aug 3, 2020 and the ticket is still open.

Email confirming receipt within 7 days. Nothing since. A simple replacement. Nothing.

I sent in 2 cards in 2018-19 Optic around 2 years ago. Robert Williams Optic Holo and a D.Wade Lime Green #/150, both had factory damage like a bb dent on the cards. It took 3 months from opening ticket to receiving the cards, I actually got the same card with exact serial-number.

I had an entire case of Immaculate with corner wear and damage, especially bad and obvious on one box, like seriously bad, I sent them the photos & receipt from my dealer and heard nothing back.
That's when I stopped buying Immac boxes/cases.

I sent a whole bunch of base cards back to them. They just didn’t look right to me. Not sure what’s actually wrong with them but I want new ones that look right. Still haven’t heard back from them. Hoping any day now though.

I sent Panini a factory damaged card back in late February of this year and have yet to hear back from them. Every attempt that I've made to communicate with them has been met with silence as well...
From Panini's "Factory Damaged" portion of their customer service FAQ: "How long does it take to receive my replacement card? In most cases, turnaround time is 8 to 10 weeks. For sequentially numbered cards, please allow 10 to 12 weeks for the renumbering process." |

I sent in a Tyler Herro Prizm Tiger Stripe for replacement after hitting it in a group break online....
![]() watched it skyrocket in value during the Finals last season.... ![]() watched it come back down to Earth... and received it back after 6 months of waiting. ![]() I then sent it to BGS .... watched it drop even more .... it's still at BGS 5 months later. ![]() ![]()

I usually only send lower end stuff i dont mind losing...
That said i have sent several draft prizm cracked ice and optic basketball inserts that were miscut, etc. It took awhile but twice they batched several together and sent these 2 as replacement: 2018 Donruss Donruss Optic (18-19) - Base Choice Dragon #141(/ ) - Pau Gasol 2019 Panini Flawless Collegiate - Base #87(15/ 20) - Rui Hachimura |

Back in 2019 I pulled a Hockenson Origins Gold Ink Auto that was smudged to the point of being unable to read it. I contacted their customer support and sent the card in.
I had a new one with the same serial number and un-smudged auto back to me in about two weeks.

Still waiting on a Herro silver prizm rc replacement for over 6 months and multiple auto cards for over 2 years. No idea what they're doing in that department.
