Card Loose/Off centered In PSA Case

Apologies if this has been asked before, I wasn't able to find an answer through the searches.

I have a PSA card at the Shipmycards warehouse now and it's badly out of position and off-center. Is it possible to shake it back into position or does it have to be re-slabbed? Also, does it hurt the sale value?
