Topps Card of the Month

Anybody else having trouble redeeming their May card of the month code? I'm using the same code as the one for April, any thoughts? Other than contacting Topps

I kept getting a spinning circle when checking out. I ended up logging out and back in, was able to finally check out and received an order number too.

I thought as soon as you redeem it once, the rest of them ship automatically? Last year I redeemed it on the first month and didn't have to do anything after that.

I need help! I redeemed my rewards points for the monthly "Card of the Month" at the beginning of April, but have no idea how to redeem for the actual cards. Where do I even find the card of the month to redeem my code? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I feel like I've already missed out on a month. Thanks!

I think you put the code in when you order something. I'm at a loss also, bc I always get invalid coupon.

So you can order any card or is there a specific card you are supposed to order?

I heard from someone else that they asked Topps about this, and supposedly they just automatically send the card next month onwards without you/us having to enter the code again each time.
If you entered the code this month and "bought" the $0 card of the month, you should have an order confirmation for that already, and you will most likely see a $0 invoice / order confirmation pop up during June for the June card of the month.

Awesome, thanks so much for the info. I've been confused about the process for a couple of months so hopefully this thread will also help others in the same position.

So I emailed Topps about not receiving my May card of the month (the order never being entered automatically in my account) and they placed an order this morning for the May card of the month, so if you are missing an order for a specific month I’d say go ahead and email Topps.
