Default Card Saver 1 Storage Question

Has anyone come across any decent storage solutions for Card Saver 1 protected cards? I'm looking for maybe a single row box or even multiple row, just something where I can easily have them protected.

Thanks.....

Maybe the storage boxes used for graded cards. That would seem to be about the same size as a Card Saver 1. I don't use Card Saver 1, but I'm guessing that would probably work.

This is what I use, the two row box. Otherwise, they are in the boxes the Card Savers came in.

Greats, thanks for the help, I'm going to try the Super Vault Storage Box first.

I'd check eBay or Amazon for pricing first before going with the bcw, you might find them cheaper.

The graded shoe box is great and what I use. Just make sure you're okay with the backlog on all of that stuff. Seems like BCW won't have them in stock for another few months.

In addition to these, they fit very snug/nicely stacked in 400 Ct Boxes (how I keep a few of my sets/collections) as well as the box they come in (you can turn inside out)

Or ebay. Last time I bought a single one off ebay, it came assembled, wrapped in some plastic, and only lightly dented on the lid. (actually better than I would have expected, sending an empty box through the mail system)

+1 on the graded shoe box. I've moved over exclusively to Card Savers 1 (in graded card sleeves) wherever possible, and these boxes are a perfect fit. They can also accommodate the bulkier 330/550 count card boxes on their side, along with just about everything else you can throw at it.

I know this is a regular question, but have you ever damaged a card inserting it into a CS1? I still find them fiddly as heck.
What’s the thickest point-size card you’ll keep in one?
Edit: while I’m asking, do you use penny sleeves with them?

I just saw this thread... I have my whole collection in Card Savers, outside my graded cards.

For storage I use the shoeboxes, they sale the inserts on Amazon to put in to help the savers fit snug if you have extra room.

I have never had an issue with Card Savers. But I don't go through my collection much, maybe twice a year. I pay the 65.00 a year for the Beckett organizer and keep track what I have.

in terms of penny sleeves, I don't use them much with the CS, Only if I have an auto, or chrome maybe.

Th reason I use car savers, is if I ever want to get a card garden, its already in a CS, and they are a lot more price efficent. I can get 200 for 23.00 on Amazon.

Another vote for the graded shoe boxes. And yes I use penny sleeves with Card Savers.

That is actually a good idea. I bet they store better in a closet or on a shelf.

BCW just introduced new boxes specially for Semi Rigids, which are currently listed on their site.

Which sleeve do you use for your card saver ? I'm using graded sleeve and they are a little bit to big.

If you go Super Vault Storage Box, you won't be dissapointed ! That's what I use for my card saver and I would not go back !

Superior fit sleeves (used to be Perfect fit) for PSA work really well for Card Saver 1's in my experience.

I am very late to the game here. I have found boxes on Uline to be the most economical option for bulk boxes to store card saver I cards. I have used a 12x7x5 box adding a 7x5 hand cut divider for complete sets. These are perfect for two rows and approximately 400 cards. If you are looking to store graded cards, there is a 13x7x7…you can make a divider…this box is better for graded or mixed graded and card saver I. You can get 25 boxes of each for under $25…but you do pay for freight/shipping. Cheers!

I tried these and if a Semi Rigid is in a sleeve these oddly do not fit.
