Whose base do you hoard?

For decades now I've always pulled stars and held them and then sold off base cards. What stars do you think are worth keeping valuewise........the obvious guys are:

Trout
Jeter
Brady
Rodgers
Jodan
Lebron
Kobe

Trying to downsize a bit........don't really need 300 Kris Bryant's anymore because it doesn't seem like he's going to reach the level everyone hoped. Soto, Ohtani, and guys from the past year or 2 are obvious.......but what veterans or recently retired guys do people feel are in the same collectability category as the ones above?
