Someone from the bunch of Allen, Burrow, Herbert, Hurts, or Tua. I don't know yet.
Fact of the matter is that 3 weeks in September of teams having played vastly different schedules doesn't tell you all that much. Otherwise we all would have been saying a few years ago that Russell Wilson was the best, and a year after that, Kyler Murray was one of the best.
