So the other night I decided to go ahead and transfer my marvel throwbacks cards and a few other odds and ends to COMC. I’ve transferred thousands of cards from ePack to COMC and never had an issue. For some reason…this time none of the cards transferred and they disappeared from my ePack. It was 105 cards and some very nice lower numbered parallels from the Throwbacks set. I’ve emailed upper deck support but just wondering if it’s ever happened to anyone else. Below is a screenshot of my transfer. There is no order number…just a date and time of the transfer.

Not sure if this applies but I’ve had rare instances where a comc transfer took well over 24 hours.

Upper deck emailed and said they are looking into it. Sounds like it’s something they haven’t seen before. Just worried I won’t get my cards back..probably $500+ in cards.
