Help Identifying two cards

I got a huge box from my friend who is giving me his card collection slowly because he wouldr ather have memorabilia and I am using some of the money I earn to buy him items he wants. But these two cards were in a bag with a cal ripken classic $100 dollar phone card...

Most likely Shop-At-Home or Score Board promos autographed for inclusion in card collection sales. Since they're pre-1998, they'd need to be certified by PSA/DNA to get something for them. Otherwise people will just assume them to be counterfeit.

Send them through the board autograph submission that raiderguy10 puts on annually. It's going to start again this fall.
