Welcome to the new and improved Brock Purdy thread where we can discuss the quarterback, his hobby value and show off your cards (highly encouraged) without distraction.

RULES;
*No past self declared prophecy of Brock Purdy’s play or value allowed*
-No shenanigans allowed in this thread.
-Mature conversations, debating is encouraged.
-If you have Brock Purdy cards show them off.
-If you don’t have Brock Purdy cards that’s ok. Be humble to share as to why not; expected failure, too early, financial reasons (Personally I couldn’t afford to spend $$$ until recently), etc…

Definitely been a buying opportunity this week if people are still looking. Auctions have been way down, at least on the cards I've been watching.

Just been buying cheap low numbered stuff. Mostly Chronicles/Elite rookies. Figure they have decent potential if he does well and I'm not throwing too much money at him. Still not 100% sure how much is him and how much is the team around him.

I sold two of my Purdy Leaf cards. I may put up all of my Panini Instant cards next and use the funds to buy a single nice pack pulled variety. I still have the Leaf XRC Rookie Standout autograph. It's probably near or at the bottom of his autograph tier list, but I like it all the same.

I knew right away who the toxic member was. Definitely has the be the one with delusions of being some type of hero to the "new collector"

Agreed. I think the market will hold here for a bit. There doesn't seem to be anything other than a SB appearance that will drive prices back up again.
