Who is "the moment"
Heard that ESPN announcer say something like "That was not of the moment. He is the moment" when Tyrese's G1 shot went in. And pretty soon Hali was peppering it in his interview answers, and before you know it, the Indian media is apprised that "the moment" is now a nickname for Haliburton, which surprised Thomas Bryant to no end. Who went on to list his candidates for future coaches as Haliburton, TJ, James Johnson, and Nesmith. "Because they see the game at three levels."
I think the nickname "the moment" is so momentous, it could be claimed by nearly any participant in this year's NBA Finals. Hasn't happened yet is what I am saying. Maybe it's presumptuous to lay claim to the title, when there are so many definitions of moment. What was the "moment" in this year's playoffs to date, that stretch of game that you can still remember exactly where you were and how you felt? What was the moment you waited for the ball to bounce so high before going in? The moment where the player sliced through Nesmith, Nembhard, and Pascal like butter. So who is it? I respectfully ask members to wait to vote until after tomorrow's game.

Postscript: proving my point, I failed to even put Mathurin on the list. He definitely was Game 3's moment.
Personally I think "Rese" is what Ty likes and responds to. I know that Aaron would feel ridiculous addressing Haliburton as 'The Moment' on court. "Your moment, guard the effing ball in the lane."
