Ebay Authentication Center #Telephone number

Hello,

Need some assistance in contacting the Santa Ana Authentication Center. I'm trying to track down a missing package that was returned to seller after a missed delivery. The package was signed for in Santa Ana. Trying to get package redirected to me for acceptance. Thanks in advance.

Generally you dont call eBay, you have them call you.

You go through the normal prompts for having eBay call you, then once on phone with eBay, you tell them the items it’s about- if it’s authenticity guarantee they can transfer you to an ebay AG phone rep. Or, if you select the item it’s about in the prompts, and if it’s an AG listing, you may get an ebay AG rep off the bat.

The way you get eBay to call you is go to Help menu, type in contact eBay, click the Contact Ebay article, go to bottom of page and click button for Contact Us, click whatever- “how buying works on eBay”- click chat with automated assistant, then keep typing in the prompt things like “I need to call eBay”. They may ask you some more questions and you have to answer some things, but if you keep at it about calling eBay, it should give you the option to be called by them.

As for the eBay AG situation, might have to explain this more thoroughly to the board in terms of what’s going on- hard to make out what’s going on

EBay bypassing their own authentication process is counter-intuitive to the entire existence of it. Good luck though.
