The man is simply too big to be contained in one player thread.
I hope everyone is cool with a thread dedicated to the discussion and visualization of Ohtani depicted only in the great blue and white - no angels logos, no wbc/team Japan logos and no all star unis - just pure unadulterated Dodger bliss. Starting with his 2024 Dodger rookie cards and then chronicling his historic march towards legendary greatness as part of the defending world champions in 2025 and beyond - let see your great blue and white cards! |

Just love him in the blue and white, great stuff! The Stella Nova is such an underrated card.
For any naysayers, this thread is not meant to compete with or even replace THE Ohtani thread, it’s merely here to supplement it. And, yes, I need to get around to posting real scans, lol. |

The Bulk of Ohtani collection is Angels stuff. These are the only Dodgers cards I have of him so far (I do have a 2025 Series 2 Gold Foil coming in)

Beautiful stuff, especially the blue color match, which seems to be a growing area of collector interest - I have several buddies who will only purchase blue parallels of Ohtani in a Dodgers uniform, and I can see why!

I got beat on my Heritage boxes this year, but I did pull this one. There is a blue chrome refractor version, and we might be getting those going forward.

Collecting Dodgers Ohtani is so much more fun than collecting Angels stuff. Though collecting Ohtani is just fun in general

I know his 2018 rookie card prices have gone wacky, has anyone seen increased activity in his Dodger rookie cards or second year Dodger rookies?
I feel like everyone has been scared to list, lol. |
