That's interesting. I wonder why the printing plate is the mirror image? I've never seen one like that? Has anyone else?

Cards matching: printing plate - CheckOutMyCards.com
I did think about it. I'm a graphic designer, I know what a printing plate is. I've always wondered why they were not reversed. This is the first one I've seen that is. EDIT: It looks like some are reversed on that link. Which is even more confusing.

None taken, no worries. I agree, it's weird why some are and some aren't. I've never pulled or purchased one so I can't say I've examined one first hand. The only thing I can think of is that the printing plate can vary depending on what type of machine the cards are printed with.
btw - to the OP, Nice pull, I don't want to derail the thread.

I believe the type of plate is determined by the finish of the card. Somewhere I read that base cards were one way, and chrome type cards are the other way. It is because they are made different ways.
