Just sold a card on ebay. Buyer wants the card insured and sent priority mail. I usually send cards in a buble mailer first class w/dc. I usually charge $3 shipping. My question is How much more do i charge to send the card his way and can you send a card in a bubble mailer using priority mail. Thanks in advance for your help.

yes and yes. Can do it Priority. I myself would put the card in a bubble mailer and put it in a flat rate letter mailer. Should run you 4.75. Insurance rates are follows:
Fee . . . . . . . . . . Insurance Coverage $1.70 ................ $0.01 to $50 $2.15 ................ $50.01 to $100 $2.60 ................ $100.01 to $200 $4.60 ................ $200.01 to $300 $5.55 ................ $300.01 to $400 $6.50 ................ $400.01 to $500 $7.45 ................ $500.01 to $600 $7.45 plus $0.95 per $100 or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.

hargy...plug all the info you need into Postage Price Calculator
If you can find the little VHS boxes they work great for mailing cards in bubble mailers (https://shop.usps.com/webapp/wcs/sto...1645&langId=-1).
