question for BGS submitters that have used the new 20 day service

i'm hoping to drop off an order of 20-25 cards or so before too long....... and i noticed the new 20 day guarantee service

i just wanted to ask anyone who has used it two questions?

1. did you find the grades were lower than expected or lower than you think they would have been if you used the 10,5, or 2 day?

2. were the orders done in 20 days or did they take longer?

The grader has no idea if it's a 20 day or a 2 day. They are just buckets on his table to grade.

I actually did not know that. I thought it was all set up via triage where the days were specified but were intertwined based on when logged in

Yup. The grader also has no clue who the submitter is. So, it's all just cards to them.
