Default Jurickson Profar

Really concerning there hasn't been an update at this point. Even if the game is late at night they usually update as soon as there is news.

I had not seen that...that was brutal on just about every level.

All I know is that if he does indeed have a serious injury Padres will have a major lawsuit on their hands due to the incompetence of the medical staff smh

I was watching the game live and it was a scary collision and even scarier watching him collapse on the field. I was watching the Loyola Marymount basketball game when Hank Gathers collapsed and died and it triggered that memory. I still can’t get over how long it took to get an emergency vehicle onto the field. The Padres are a clown organization all the way around. Can’t wait for them to announce another big trade or signing that turns out to be untrue. Can you imagine what happens if someone in the stands had a heart attack? If it took that long to respond to a player, how long would it take to respond to a fan in the stands? San Diego is a great city, but that organization is run by morons.

How do they let him try to walk off on his own? Total malpractice.

Not only that, they were yanking his neck around and he was screaming in pain. Even basic CPR classes teach not to do that #@#@#@#@ if they have a neck injury

I couldn’t believe that. It looked liked they were trying to give him a chiropractic adjustment, right after trauma. Complete incompetence.

Found this on Reddit: According to the medic's report to the hospital, Profar has pain in his left TMJ (joint connecting the jawbone to the skull) area. No obvious deformities. Jaw and mandible are stable & in line. No loss of consciousness. Ambulance is transporting him to the hospital now.
