Lightbulb OPC vending cases of TMNT, Dick Tracy or New Kids on the Block?

Do any of them have any value or worth to grade?
Obviously wax junk era but looks like tmnt hobby boxes of Topps are worth something.

I assume its all base.

Design is nice on TMNT.

Are you talking about official Topps product or the prism bootlegs? I think there's more demand for the prism cards.

Nobody has been sucked into grading these awful sets, at least.
PSA has no OPC cards graded from either set, or they're lumped into Topps.

Dick Tracy: 8 Topps cards graded
TMNT: 56 Topps cards graded (less than half the set)
NKOTB: 5 Topps cards, 1 sticker graded

Do not buy a case expecting to make any money in the grading game. Maybe if the bulk ever goes back to $6/card?

Correct, boxes of sealed TMNT are worth something. But not their contents. Loose or even sets of TMNT cards are nearly worthless.

Junk wax, as with most all wax, is worth more sealed than opened. And Non-Sport Junk Wax sells OK, as those collectors like to display the sealed boxes.

Here is a shot of my former junk wax setup. Full boxes on display look cool IMO. And I see why others still collect them. But unmarked vending boxes, not so much. As the cards themselves are not very valuable or rare.

Really awesome display. I couldnt agree more, those old topps non-sports boxes are super cool to display. The box art is pretty much the best part, not unlike the cover of a comic book usually being the coolest part (it needed to be...to get those casual shoppers to buy!).

Maybe the contents are worthless, but it was a fun, simple era of nonsports, that didnt involve turquoise /50 parallels, sketches, mega $$$ pmgs, retail blaster flipping, and epack hogging/bots. My oh my have times changed.

Wait, you can grade the .10 cards and call them "Pop 1!" no matter what the grade! Send that $30 per card to PSA!!!!
