Ebay search question

hello,

this may be stupid.

but is there any way to filter out these idiots that say their cards are graded, list a grading company in the post config ie PSA, when the card is not graded.... and then have PSA10? in the title?

usually people listing utter trash doing this.

might be a basic question, but if they are saying it is and it isnt, what's the options?

god i hate loser sellers.

Typing -? Into the search will help filter better.

Save the search, will make it quicker when you need to search

Then just sort to "newly listed" you can at least stay on top of the newer listings more often. Doesnt help with that new search weeding through tho , yeah.

If there is a bad actor whom after viewing all their stuff you realize it will or he/she will never interest you...

under "Advanced" you find an option to exclude sellers. You can save that search and use it again and again with them EXCLUDED.

That doesn't work. For some reason ebay doesn't recognize the Exclamation or Questions characters so by doing the -? it does nothing. Also I tried doing the -10? and it just removes anything with 10 in it so if you are actually searching for a PSA 10, you will get zero results.

To the OP, yes, this is a huge pain in the butt. I hate the keyword spamming, but honestly, there is nothing that can be done with the exception of removing certain sellers. Doing this however may mean you miss out on a real card you are looking for. While it would be nice to just be able to view the criteria you are looking for, it does only take a few seconds to just scroll past the keyword spammer titles.

thanks for the feedback everyone, seems a highly 'blocked user' version is a good plan.
seemed a lil extreme as they may sometimes list things etc but its not worth wading thru the deceptively listed items.

also i think possibly dropping a minimum price in there too of like $5 might cut a lot of the low listed trash.
