Default What to do when wrong eBay item received from seller?

Today I open this package and there's three packs of 2000 Bowman football cards that I never ordered.

I checked the tracking number and it shows matching a $20 lot of Jordans I bought Monday. The seller even contacted me immediately on purchase to double-check the address and then again to let me know the item shipped Priority Mail, so all that sounds square. Sounds like somebody moving several packages at once and mixing up the address labels or packages.

The only curious thing was my full name was on the package and neither Paypal, eBay, or my credit card use my full name to my knowledge (I go by my middle name.)

If I were scumbag I'd go dark and call it a win, but I strive for honesty and think most people do, too. Should I contact the seller, or wait for him/her to contact me? And what's the proper protocol--it's their mistake so they should pay any shipping, right? I just imagine the face of the person buying $240 worth of Brady lottery tickets and getting low-end Jordans...

Is there any potential scam here? If it is, it sounds like a dumb one, but maybe I'm the dumb one.

Open Item Not as Described and seller will send you a return address label.

Thanks. The other concern is this person doesn't seem to have any seller feedback, just 9 buyer feedbacks and the account was opened on June 5. Just want to make sure nobody gets screwed, especially me.

How would you get screwd? Feedbac is irrelevant in regards to buyer protection

Should contact the seller. They may not know a mistake was made.
