Default Sell? Break? Hold?

Somewhat recently, I bought all three parts of 1995 Stadium Club Members Only Factory Set (picture of boxes attached in case you're curious). Link here: http://baseballcardpedia.com/index.p...ly_Factory_Set

I have an okay offer to sell it that's probably around 35% of its correct value, but I have no real attachment to it and I bought it because it sounded interesting and I got a good deal (a decent amount lower than the offer). I'm contemplating whether I should (a) sell it (b) break it (c) hold for a while. I have the space (it's sitting in a box in my home office that I use for sealed boxes), and I'd just use the proceeds for more cards, so I don't have a pressing need. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Are these sets known to brick? If they are I'd sell sealed.

EDIT -- Went through and looked at the link. for those curious the specifics...

"Members Only is a factory set made available exclusively to members of Topps' Stadium Club. These cards are identical to their regular issue counterparts except for the distinctive "Members Only" logo stamped onto the front of each card. According to Topps, a maximum of 4000 factory sets were available through the Stadium Club at a price of $200 each -- although the number sold is believed to be much lower. The sets were shipped in two installments: The first containing the first two series (with each Series packaged in their own separate box) and the second installment having the High-Number Series. And once again, Topps included a custom album and a certificate of authenticity carrying the set's serial number -- although the individual cards are not numbered -- that was shipped as part of the second installment.

For the first time, Topps allowed collectors to purchase individual series, instead of the entire set.

In addition to the 630 base cards, the factory set includes Members Only versions of all the inserts except the Phone Cards and the entire 270-card Virtual Reality partial-parallel."

Went through and watched some breaks of same year from NBA and NFL, seems they do have some issues with bricking up. I'd probably sell if you can make some money on your investment.

Well, I would toss it on ebay separately. Set 3 is where it's at. The jeter in an 8.5 goes for like $100 or so. The set 3 may go for much more.

If they were stored in heat for decades, there will be bricking.

I would sell sealed.

Even if the offer is worth more than you paid, why would you sell for "35% of its correct value?" I think you should sell, but there is no need to sell that low, especially since you are in no rush and do not need the money immediately.

The Jeter is the 1995 Crystal Ball. 8.5 is $200 here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/14347656758...LMlEo5UQV09X8g and the full set is $300 https://www.ebay.com/itm/165810600086 Really nice cards IMO, and fairly rare.

I know that's at a price where no one has bought it yet, but I don't think it's that far off to be honest. There are a lot of nice Griffey cards in the set as well, and part of me wants to keep them to add to my PC.
