Default Adam Sandler at Hofstra show this past weekend

Snapped this pic at the Hofstra show this weekend.
Sandler was walking around, there was a camera crew following him around and the word on the street was that they were filming footage for a new hobby related movie - hopefully pic works - if not, I dropped in my link to IG

I'm looking forward to seeing it. Looks like they're doing their research over there.

Is he there studying how to mouth breathe, not wear deodorant and say Lets Go when something good is pulled?

Need to make sure the film is accurate.

I thought the only way a celeb could get involved in the hobby was to do LIVE's w/ Kenny Goldnut.

He's definitely going to be playing a loser/hustler type, is likable by the viewer, but hated by all the characters in the movie...especially his wife and children.

I made it all the way through, and I agree to an extent. Well made movie, just went nowhere, felt like I wasted my time when it was over, and I generally like Sandler.

Mr Mint biopic. I'd be exited for that.

I saw Little Nicky in a theater as a kid. Dumb as hell, but I laughed multiple times.

Shabadoo!

So true. Might have to add a few pounds for true card guy status as well.

I'm assuming Sandler is immersing himself in the hobby to understand and internalize the hobby grift.

Do you think he asked dealers for prices on cards and got 2x-3x online comps? Lol

I don't like Sandler movies as a whole but I'm in the jewelry industry and loved Uncut Gems, the only thing I liked looking at more than that big Ethiopian opal was his girlfriend's behind..
His wife looked nice too, like if Gina Carano was a member of the tribe..

Mojo Sports on instagram ran into him awhile back and says he gave him a Walt Frazier auto as a gift. That could have gotten Sandler in the hobby as well.
