How do I make my own mystery pack?

I got some cards for a friend as a wedding gift, and I wanted to make it feel like he was opening packs.

How do people usually do this?
I'm hoping for something that would look legit.

I want a pack, I also want a box.

Here is a wholesale company that can make you custom packs and boxes, but they have a pretty high minimum order.

These guys don't have a minimum order, but don't have as many options as the wholesaler.
