Default 2023 Topps Heritage 1974 Stamps Red Parallel

Does anyone know about the 2023 Topps Heritage baseball 1974 stamps cards with 4 players on them, the red parallel, to be specific? I looked on cardboard connection and Beckett and it shows the 1974 stamps cards as inserts but doesn't say there are parallels available. I have seen both the base and red parallels for sale on Ebay. I've seen people on Ebay touting the red parallels as SSP and the base inserts as SP. Has anyone seen the odds for these or know anything about them?
Thx,
Chris

I’ve opened 8 blasters and pulled 6 regular 1974 stamp cards and 1 red. No idea on odds but the regular stamps are not difficult to pull

The reds from Target
The blues from Kmart
I pulled two of the red stamps-Cardinals and Padres

I think I've seen red ones pulled from a hobby box. I wish they would say what format they are in. They seem like the only insert that is not shown in detail on cardboard connection. Maybe more will come out on them soon.

I pulled the red and regular in the same pack from the Target blaster box.

Walmart Blasters, Megas and Hangers all can have the blue stamps.
