question about 07 UD Series 1 rookie redemption

Well a week ago I got my 20 card 07 rookie redemption from UD and put it in with my series 1 &2 set that i am 30 cards short of finishing and never thought of trying to get this so i was excited to pull it a month ago.

Well I get a box of 07 Spectrum and pull a Kei Igawa RC #502 but i am confused.
So i have seen the Dice K in a tux card but never saw or can find any mention why this card is different. (see below)

now the card on the left is the one i pulled from my 07 spectrum box and the one on the right is the one that came with my 07 UD series 1 rc redemption set. the one from spectrum has mo foil stamps (kinda like first edition) but they are both the same # of 502.

So I know of the Dice K variation which also has no foil stamps but have never heard of this card, does anyone know what the deal is.
