Sorry, OP I hope it works out for you. I have ones that old too. No resolution. I've just resigned to the fact I won't see anything. Get the run around and no communication after year. They were only common bench player autos, but I should of had something.

The IRS is the group that set the template for this. Adviises people to call certain numbers for assistance and then there is no way to get through. Or write to actual government employees and get an actual coherent reply. Overtaxes Get Gone drivers, pulp writers, and their AI-threatened brethren. Joke of an organization.

At least Panini makes a few nice cards.

I had luck a couple months ago emailing custsvc@paniniamerica.net. They sent me two 2024 Mosaic NFL sparkle packs for a couple redemptions that were probably $5 each.

Thanks everyone

so its even worse most were/are open for so long. I moved about 8 years ago and updated my mailing address even received a few newer Redemptions to that new address from them.
then out of nowhere I see some of the much older ones have been replaced because the cards did not get made and mailed out to my old address. I freaked out tried to get them, of course I could not. I updated the redemption status saying they mailed them to my old address I get an email saying they will look into it and that was over a year ago, just trying to get something for them. I spent a lot of money on those redemptions.
it is somewhere around 10 cards 6 they mailed to wrong address 4 say closed but no status update.
