Default A Question on Bowman First Rookie Autos

How do sapphires stack up in the discussion? For example let’s take golds. You have true gold /50 but then you also have shimmer and wave. Then there is sapphire which has its own base gold /50. Where does that sapphire version land if you had to rank the above? After true and before shimmer and wave?

That’s how I would rank them.

Sapphire is supposed to be a more luxiourous option but it never works out that way. True gold (and true blue, etc) will always be the most desired in the hierarchy.

The separation isn't THAT far though amongst the classic colors.

Yeah I'd say its True, Sapphire, (big gap), shimmer/wave. The non-primary colors and non-sapphire pattern variants are destined for repacks these days.

Sometimes I prefer a gold shimmer to the true gold depending on the card.
