Default The Friggin Mets

I don't even know if I am going to make it to work tomorrow. I want to put a bag over my head.

When Willie didn't come out to argue the ball that popped out of the 1st baseman's glove in the 4th, that made me switch from a keep Willie to a fire Willie guy. Come on, even if you are wrong, get thrown out and fire up your team or at least try. Don't sit there like Joe Torre and act like you are in a coma.

I was close to giving up on my Islanders, but this has pushed me far past my aggravation with them!

Good luck Phillies. You play the way I want my team to.

RED SOX - PHILLIES World Series !!!!!!!!!! I'm not even going to be able to wear my Sox hat when I go back to the old neighborhood. One thing that I have to say is that for as much as Philly fans get blasted by the national media, I went to the game Tuesday night and you couldn't move. It was standing room only that night and every game this week. Over 3 million in attendance for the year. Congrats Philly fans ! Maybe aholes like Joe Buck can let go of the booing Santa Claus crap for once.

Bam - Funny. I just said the same thing to my wife. Red Sox - Phillies World Series would be a dream come true for me. Growing up I was a Phillies phan because most of my family was from PA. Loved the Tugger pattin' his chest in the '80 World Series. Of course, that is when I was 11. Not long thereafter I became the Red Sox fan that I am today. Lobsters vs Cheesesteaks.

Damn Dave the similarites are scarey. Aside from everything else you mentioned, I was 11 back in 80' as well. If you hate the Mets, Rangers and Cowboys we might have been seperated at birth

I live in Easton, this is Philadelphia Phillies territory, at least when I got to work, half the people will be cranky like me.
