I record all my shipments and verified that I sent them the booster box. They returned the item and got their refund from ebay. They're a Top Rated Seller, as am I, so I was a bit surprised. But I guess it makes sense, they have probably been a victim of it themselves and know how easy it is to exploit ebay returns.
