I had a bid on my Jackie Robinson 2008 Topps Sterling sealed Box for $449.49 for over 24 hours from a bidder.
![]() Now he has retracted his bid ... stateing that he entered the wrong bid amount. for over 24 hours he had entered the wrong bid amount? ![]() Unbeleivable. ![]() Just needed to rant because I am sick of people being able to walk all over sellers on ebay. It is time for a change where we can sell higher end stuff somewhere else! |

That has happened to me a few times. He should have known right away if he entered the wrong amount. There should be a policy that says if a bid isn't retracted within the first few hours for the wrong amount then the bid cannot be retracted. I know there are people that would disagree, but this is just my opinion.

Don't know if you checked this, but yesterday a Robinson box sold via BO for 424.24. Same guy? Sounds like some clown who found a willing seller at a lower price and slapped you in the face. If that's true, sorry to hear about it.
I can't believe how 'buyer-biased' EBay has become. Sickening... |
