PSA 10 1951 Mantle ???

I was looking at pictures online, and is it just me or does it look like it has at least one slightly dinged corner ? How is it a 10 ?

I doubt they want to get it regarded its a 600 thousand dollar card just because of the grade

Corner could have been dinged after it was incased. PSA cards float and bang around a bit in their holders or it was submitted by a "preferred" dealer and got the extra nudge to 10.
