Default Heads Up on Ebay Deadbeat!!! *child_please* BO: kguye

I am writing this because I am completely fed up with Ebay and it's protection policies of bidders, not buyers, because this chump never paid...

I and my family have recently come into tough times. I have been forced to sell just about all of my collection unfortunately. I had an auction come to a close over a week ago. There was one very aggressive bidder who ended up winning the card. Great! Not really.

It's been over a week now and the member has not paid, and not responded. I was very , as always, patient and reluctant to open an UIC but had to. I even explained my situation to the buyer and said if they weren't going to pay it was no issue but to just lmk. I needed to move this card quick as funds are needed immediately. Now I have to ride the process out.

Regardless, I did some research to find out this LOSER has been doing this for years. No intention on ever buying my card. How does this member who's had multiple UIC against him have a positive feedback score of over 900. How does ebay allow this clown to continue to bid on high end items. I have my account set to not allow these members to bid on my items.

Friends, block this chump now before he or she or both, wrecks your auctions too. I wrote ebay about doing something, but they won't.

I hope this waste of life loser is somehow a member here and reads this.

Strange? Isn't kguye's ebay handle "*child_please*"? If so, he's a member on here, but I was always under the impression that he was a standup guy. I hope it's just some sort of misunderstanding.

Edit: Also, I hope you and your family get through this time in your lives. Hopefully you can find a resolution to this situation on here.

I did at first too. But he's been active on ebay and has had to have read my messages. Plus, there are rants on this forum in regards to this handle dating back to 2012.

Hopefully he reads this and will have a chance to clarify. That's what these forums are all about fortunately.

Yeah. I feel bad for the OP, so I want him to get a resolution to this and hopefully his money. Not gonna lie though, I really want to see him rip somebody a new one on here too lol.

Thanks very much. Unfortunately there is alot of this on ebay, just caught me at a bad time. Regardless, if you can block the member from you're auctions my crazy rant was worth it.

Thanks. Added to my blocked bidder list. Too bad the limit is 5,000 names. I think I might actually get there.

I just sent him a PM. If he has a legit excuse I'll be the first to apologize on this thread.

Way to stay strong brother! Though times also create stronger bonds. You will walk away from whatever it is a stronger family. Just try not to get frustrated along the way.

Might be best to re-list the card in the meantime if you haven't done so already..

I'm going to wait for the case to close, and then try the second chance offer route. If not I'll put a solid buy it now price or put it up on here. Although with no feedback I'm sure users would be reluctant to buy a "higher valued" card

I really hope this guy finds his way over to this thread. Why? Just don't get it. I'm no angel, but to F*** with people? It's not even the money, it's the principal of it.

Well you could always link a potential buyer from here to your ebay listing and do the transaction on there so each party is better protected...

I hope you get a positive resolution to the situation OP. Most importantly, I hope your family situation has a quick and positve resolution. I feel the same way about eBay and their faulty policies. Fortunately I sell mostly low-end items and having an unpaid item doesn't effect my return as much as a lot of others.

I know it is frustrating...

But its ebay...

Buyers don't have to pay... Ebay does not care...

I have 88 non payers this year....
