Im a new member and I was wondering if someone could help me out. First, how do I find it? And second, is it just to post pictures of your cards?

Yes, it is a place to store pictures of your cards of your PC (Personal Collection) Or cards that you are looking to trade. You can use photobucket for anything not just cards.

When people say "bucket" as in "check my bucket," they're referring to their photobucket.

It's pretty simple as far as sharing photos go. You upload a picture or a scan to your page and then, it's there. Not much else I could add lol.
