When is the best time of the week to list?

For Auction items
Ending during the week during the day when people are screwing off from work with high speed connections?

Monday to Thursday evening when people have time to look?
Do you avoid Friday evening endings?
Do you avoid weekend evening endings?

When selling baseball tickets I only list end Monday to Friday 9-5PM
with Monday and Friday being the most busy days....

Friday and Saturday evenings do surprisingly well. Don't list to end on Sunday evening. Too many people do it. Thursday is another good night.

I think between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Pacific is the best time, regardless of day.

The whole debate has gotten slightly obsolete, because you will get more money with most things by selling them BIN/BO, in which case it does not matter as much when you list it.

i highly disagree with that........ i have placed reasonable BIN/BO on many auctions that never got any offers..... only to list them as auctions and have them sell higher than the BIN price that i originally listed it at.

Have to agree with Jug.
I got 20% higher bids on Thursday afternoon than tonight Sunday. It must be the glut of everyone ending on this evening..

I list over 100 items a week. I have found out Friday and Saturdays are horrible and never list an item then.
Sunday night is the best night. Monday and Tuesday 6 PM Eastern - 9 PM Eastern are the 3rd best. And the second best is Thursday 6-9 with Wednesday same time also a good time.
