We released Tim Stauffer. I really think I had him sign a baseball at Twinsfest this year, but I can't find it so I may not have had him sign anything. Was going to try to sell it, as I usually hang onto everything I get signed even if I'm not a huge fan of the player. But a guy like Stauffer where I didn't know anything about and had no attachment to, once he's no longer with the team, I have no need to hang onto his autograph anymore. But, I guess I didn't have anything from him

Read in the paper today that all 3 of Mauer's HRs this year have either tied the game, or given us the lead. He doesn't go yard often (that's not his game, so anyone saying he needs to hit 25 a year is fooling themselves), but when he does, it's always in a huge spot. For all of his struggles this year, he's been a monster with men in scoring position. Think the paper said his average is over .400 when runners in scoring position? Crazy

Hunter making them regret walking big joe..if we showed half this offense every game, we'd be a lot better off. Looks like they're just hitting their frustrations out

We're killin' it tonight. Helps that the ox are playing awful, but hey, I'll take it. Vargas brought his boomstick tonight. And Buxton is sooooo fast. Routine grounder to short and he beats it out. Amazing

I've watched two Twins game this year (excluding the Pirates series) and Vargas has hit a HR in the inning I've turned the game on both times

And it turns out we handled it well! Too bad but not surprised Buxton went 0-4 with 4 Ks, but 8 innings of 1 run ball from Hughes. Nice

Suzuki has been having a few nice games recently, nice to see him getting the average up
