Agreed. They should have someone who actually understands their offerings set the starting price for each card so it's more consumer friendly and people don't forget these things are live.

I.E. Zion Logoman should start at say 250-500k and Gleyber patch auto should start at 3k, etc.

Their goal should be to have nothing up for so long that people forget these are live.

Good question. Panini didn't put the RC logo on any of the logomen from NT or Flawless in 18-19 and I believe those are considered RC's, so assuming those are, these should be as well.

Looks like there is an auctions area of the site, so I assume buyers of these cards can have them relisted down the road as auctions?

Since buyers/owners aren't disclosed, couldn't Panini just close auctions whenever, saying these are sold, then throw them right back up for auction in another week/month/year basically setting a false sale price of the original card?

It's a stretch, but I know this board loves a good conspiracy...

I think the digital card only is the thing you can auction. Physical card gets shipped. makes no sense to me.

I think the intent is that people sell them (the digital card) on Panini's auction system and then ship the physical card as a "gift" with the purchase of the digital card (this would be the same as what Panini is doing on the original sale right now).

The whole blockchain concept is to be able to prove ownership of the card. People have, rightfully, pointed out that you don't HAVE to sell the digital & physical card as a set but it's a main selling point of this product IMO.

The dual only went for $3600 (and that had Morant on it) so I see single logoman going for quite a bit less, but I could be wrong.

This type of dutch auction style format to sell a single card is pretty interesting to me. I think it's great if you have a PC player you want to get and it gets away from the gambling mentality that permeates the hobby these days.
