I think they may be having site issues because I was being put into the que before and after Ohtani. Even today with no reason for one whatsoever.

I think they’re doing it on purpose for (attempted) bot control because it seems to put me in queue frequently now even not around drop times.

On a different topic, is there anything known about the print run for the SP variations? I remember seeing just a little inconclusive discussion about it here - I lucked out and got the Dylan Crews foil and am just wondering how rare it really is.

Congrats! I got my one Crews I ordered today and someone got a /25 which shocked the heck out of me. I don't think there's been a definitive answer on how many of any SP there are, but my guess is low, like 100 or less low, maybe 50 or less.

There are three of the Crews SP on EBay right now and only one of the Darren Baker SP. The Crews PR was 10602 and the Baker PR was 3920. I’m wondering if I’m going to have any shot at getting the Baker at a reasonable price because I’m certainly not paying $500 for it. I also got one of the Soto SP foils, but it seems fairly common.

Only SP I have gotten was a Jared Jones Rc #23SP no idea on the print run of the SP version the regular base was 1,764

I plan to grade mine coming. I sure hope the image is good.

Fanatics found a new way to make a metric ton of money with very little effort, I assume this will be the new normal. Why let people get the auto for a reasonable price just by being fast (like me getting the Acuna 40/40 and Acuna 40/70 autograph cards) when you can have 600,000 of a base card ordered with six people getting an auto. Genius.

Gotta give them props.

Now I feel relieved at least I got some nice moments like the Acuna 40/70 (packs) and the Pujols 700 (priced based on parallel) autos before they changed the format. Some nice relics here and there too.

Was really hoping they would do something similar for the Ohtani 50/50 but I think that ship has sailed. This will be the new normal moving forward. I hope they will still do the relics though.

Are anyone else's orders from Topps taking the scenic route to get to them? I've had two orders in a row, mailed on different days, go from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, to Phoenix, Arizona.

Mind you, I live on the east coast.

I'm waiting on one package that was supposed to be delivered Monday, Sept. 23. As of Wednesday, Sept. 25, it is in San Clemente, California. Why are USPS orders being routed across the damn country?

Newbie question (well I'm new to Topps Now) about the Ohtani 50/50 release. Are there different versions? Is there a version with and a version without the chance at an autograph and/or parallel? And if buying one on ebay how do you know your getting a sealed one with a chance at a parallel?

Don't get me wrong, I realize from the posts above that the print run is huge so I'm not expecting to get an auto/parallel but I'd like to at least have a shot at it
