Yes, he should sue for sure.

So should PWCC, OCSI, SSI guy, that birthday party guy, that patch guy Gabriel, etc. All of these wrongly accused parties. Makes you wonder who is actually the one doing the altering. Maybe it’s 312!? And he’s just trying to throw us off?

I’ve heard rumors that 312, Corndog, and Dan are ex-GAI graders looking to diminish the value of PSA, BGS, and SGC slabs.

Bravo to what these guys have accomplished. I cannot recall a single card that those three have posted that has been erroneously labeled as altered.

Definitely not ex-GAI graders. Just some collectors/former collectors with good research skills.

...who single-handedly have provided the impetus for cleaning up the hobby. No small feat.

After that, there's a presentence report done that has a recommendation for a sentence. The parties then submit briefs recommending a sentence and the judge makes a final decision.
Nobody ever gets the max. That's the statutory max that congrats approved in the statute.
