There was another thread. It was called The Martian. Kid has all of the tools but it is a long road to the show. His cards are hot like fire. Saw a White Sparkle auto for sale the other day. A bunch of his Prizm stuff was fetching $500-$1000. His Bowman autos are going to be bonkers if the world hasn’t ended.

The hype for a teenage international signee has not been seen like this since Kevin Maitan. He is already drawing Mike Trout comps, but the Martian has not even played in a MILB game yet. If there is minor league baseball this year, he will probably be in the Appy and/or NY-Penn League.

He most likely end up in summer league and maybe Appalachian league With that said, yes he hasn’t play a single play at the pro level but at 17yo you can tell if he has the qualities, most of the time this kids don’t make it not because of talent but because of off field issues, maturity, personality or mental strength but as of today this kid is good as it gets.

In ADDITION to performance, maturity in those ways you mention is how most of the 1st season DSL players move from that league the lowest level stateside leagues (GCL/AZL, not Appy. Jasson will likely skip the Appy).

He's got a shot to get stateside this year, but there's a long road to go for that to happen.
