How do I get the online beckett submission to work?

I can't seem to get the site to work right on my pc or my phone. Every time I type in the card type, value, ect. in step one but when I hit submit to go to step two where you lookup the card it just resets. I'm a long time psa submitter and this is my first time trying beckett. Thanks!

I’ve been trying to get it to work for over six months now. If you figure out the answer please let me know lol.

I just write it down with a pen, the old fashion way. But my sales rep recently sent me the submission form in PDF format and it's really easy to fill out.
