Welcome to our 25 Case 2024 Topps Chrome Baseball Player Auction. 15 Jumbo Cases & 10 Breakers Delight Cases Only

What is a player auction?

Well, a player auction is very similar to a player draft break - except you bid on the spots that you want similar to any auction online. The few differences are: 1. forum posts are used to bid and 2. the bidding deadline is usually not set until the auction has reached (or nearly reached) the break even point.

We understand that player auctions are not for everyone - so please feel free not to join.

For your bids to count, you MUST include the card # and name where applicable. I might not allow a bid without these - especially the last hour.

Bids are in $2.00 minimum increments until the spot reaches $20.00 and then $5.00 minimum increments after $20.00. Once a spot reaches $200, bid increments become $10. Please, whole dollar bids only (no $5.01 bids). Please no +5 bids. (Because someone could bid $100 at the same time and therefore your bid becomes +105?) You can bid more than $2/$5/$10, but that is the minimum.

Any bid made with change ($5.86, $100.99, etc) will be rounded up to the next whole dollar. Please only make whole dollar bids.

There is a minimum bid set for each spot already. Bids are in $2.00, $5.00, or $10.00 minimum increments. You may certainly bid more than the minimum.

For this break to run, we have a minimum goal of ~$70k to break even.

Shipping - Shipping is extra, but we will do our best to charge you actual shipping. We will combine shipping based on your final lots as well.

Supplies - $2 per spot. Supplies are extra. I know this is high for some spots & low for others.

Paypal Fees - $0.50 plus 3.5% for US. $0.50 plus 4.9% international.

Warning - If you pick an auto, you may get nothing. If that player has 10 autos, you get all 10; if that player gets 0 autos, you get 0. Same is true for all other spots.

Sniping - If you wait until the last minute, you may miss out. Fair warning.

Bidding - Please understand that you must include the card # where applicable. Bids without the card # may not count. Please do not edit your post though. If you made a mistake, simply post again with the correction. Please bid in at least the minimum increment ($2.00 or $5.00 once a spot reaches $20.00 or $10.00 once a spot reaches $200). You may not retract your bid unless it is an obvious error (like a $4000 bid instead of $40.00).

I have other breaks happening at the same time but I will guarantee you an average of at least 5 cases a day. I will start out breaking early in the day and end up doing all night breaks.

Shipping time - I expect to ship these within 10 business days (barring any unforeseen issues). I will keep you updated as I go. I will have teams doing all the sorting, packaging, and shipping.

Payment - Once bidding is completed, we will send a pm with your total (bids plus shipping/supplies) and instructions.

What comes with each spot?

Jumbo: 8 boxes per case. 12 packs per box. 13 cards per pack. 3 autos per box, 24 autos per case.
Breaker: 6 boxes per case. 1 pack per box. 12 cards per pack. 2 autos per box, 12 autos per case. Per box: 6 Base Refractors, 1 Youthquake, 3 Numbered Parallels

Player Lots: You get every card for that spot including all parallels & printing plates. It does not include inserts of any kind. Cards from silver packs are NOT included. Photo variations are included - including variations showing another player - if it is your card number, it is your card. For instance, if you have card 99 Aaron Judge and there is a SSSP photo variation of Babe Ruth for card 99 - that card goes with your spot. NOTE: In recent releases, some base spots have had twice as many base cards as others with no rhyme or reason as to why.

Remember, you get what you are bidding on only. If you have a question about what is or is not included, ask - blind assumptions will not be honored.

1. If you hit a card worth $1000 or more, we will ask you to pay for Express Mail shipping & insurance.

2. As ALWAYS, the host reserves the right to limit who is allowed in the break.

3. If you join this break, you must be willing to pay by the deadline. No echecks are accepted.

4. If you join this break, you must subscribe to this thread. It makes life SO MUCH EASIER.

5. The host DOES have a spot. If this bothers you in any way, please do not join. All breaks are done LIVE and recorded.

6. Once you receive your cards, please post in the thread that your cards were received. For anything outside the USA, we will provide the customs # as proof of delivery.

7. We strongly encourage you to bid what you are willing to pay. That way, if you are outbid at the last minute, it won't matter since you bid what you were willing to pay.

8. International bidders are fine, but International shipping with tracking is expensive and will be included.

I’m not as familiar with Breakers Delight as I am with Jumbo so just trying to work out the math before bidding on base spots. The BD cases have 0 base chrome and only 18 non-serial numbered refractors per case correct? Just want to be sure that I’m not missing anything…
