Anyone have any idea is this auto is pack pulled?

Found this card at the LCS. Its an UD buyback but is it pack pulled? Thanks

Regardless it should have some type of COA accompanying it (usually a trading card size one with a hologram)

Thank you its says this card was inserted into 2004 SPA and its certified!
