7 2018 Bowman Mega Boxes - Saved By The Bell!

I went into my local Target today, hoping they had finally stocked 2018 Mega Boxes, and lucky for me, they had!

(My store is notorious for its late stocking, so when I saw the red endcaps near the toy aisle---I almost got duped by Pokémon cards---I was thrilled!)

The display was already missing about half the boxes when I arrived, so I used the TOY25 coupon to pick up 7 boxes. (Although now I'm wishing I would've grabbed the other 5-7 I left as well.)

Here are the results from my 7 boxes (one of which contained an extra Mega Pack):

Notables From The Base Bowman Packs -
• 3 Base Ohtani Rookies
• Likely Some Base Top Prospects As Well, I Wasn't Really Paying Attention

Now, as I was approaching my final Mojo Packs, you can see why I might've been disappointed. As a result of my goose chase for this product, my boxes to this point had produced no autos and barely any color.

Thankfully though, the break was saved by my last few Mojo Packs, which produced the following:

• Rookie Of The Year Favorites Mojo Insert - Shohei Ohtani

• Rookie Of The Year Favorites Purple Mojo Insert - Shohei Ohtani /250

Other than autos of a few of the prospects and a few of the rookies, (or of course an Ohtani redemption) I don't think I could've done much better!

I plan on holding both for now, as the purple will be headed to BGS shortly. (Any idea on value if it 9.5's?)

Can't help but wish I would've bought the rest of the display for a larger chance at some autos though!
