Hello everyone. I'm reaching out to see if this has happened to anyone else.
I redeemed and nice heritage dual auto from 2018 HHN last year around September. I received an email from Topps in February that it was shipping.
The tracking # that topps provided didn't show anything even after weeks later. So I sent Topps an email, no response. One week later I send another email, no response.
Today, when I checked the tracking it shows that there was attempted delivery three times back in early March. Then it was sent to a Fedex facility and now it is back at Topps in Pennsylvania.
I called Topps customer service and explained what happened. They told me to update my shipping address for redemptions. I told them the address is correct, and I don't need to update it. They told me to re-enter the same address, hit save, and the card will be shipped back out.
I said don't you need to know the redemption code #, or the tracking number, or the card I am looking for? the guy said no, just re-type your address and you will be good. Slightly skeptical.
